Since forming Fairmont Homes LLC., Collin has served as a licensed General Contractor for multiple new builds, while always managing to treat each project with the same attention and professionalism needed to make each project a success.
Collin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in finance from Mississippi State University. Collin grew up in an entrepreneurial household that was no stranger to the construction industry, spending his summers shadowing his father who runs a successful Landscape Architect Design/Build firm. Collin always strived to run his own business but upon graduation pursued a career in Investment Banking/Fixed Income Capital Markets. After a successful 6 year career between Memphis and New York City in Fixed Income Sales and Trading, Collin decided that the time was right to pursue his dream and the industry that he knew best.
Still wanting more for his career, Collin moved his family to the Jackson, MS metro area and began shadowing his mentor. Shortly thereafter, Fairmont Homes LLC. was established and Collin began building and developing under Fairmont Homes. Once Collin had built his foundation for his business, he decided to grow his business in the Dallas Texas market. Collin currently operates his companies in MS and TX with and emphasis on the Dallas market. Collin has an in-house interior designer that has an accomplished track record in the hospitality and high-end residential design field after she spent 6 years between Dallas and New York City.
